TGS was established in October, 2006 and became a DBA company under Nexgrill Industries, Inc. in January, 2010. After five years, we will continue to grow in 2011 with the recent acquisition of several major new contracts.
During the last 12 months, TGS has successfully launched new structured training programs for employees which help provide quality assurance and top-notch customer service interactions. Through outsourcing and increased web content, we have also dramatically reduced call abandonment and response times for our consumer customers. In addition we have increased our staff by 50% and improved our inventory control/order processing system in order to streamline parts fulfillment.
Our main focus is to provide outstanding service and increase rapport with our long term industry and consumer base.
The Grill Services is currently located at Nexgrill Industries, Inc. headquarters, in Chino, California (United States Division).

Nexgrill Industries, Inc. was established 23 years ago in Taipei, Taiwan, and was previously known as Virco Associates, Inc. in the U.S. and Cartin Limited in Taiwan.
In order to gain US market share Nexgrill Industries, Inc. created a Walnut, California sales and merchandising office in 1993. The initial concept was to supply the finest available Indoor/Outdoor Furniture, Seasonal, and Hardware Products.
Nexgrill Industries, Inc. is very proud to be a key supplier to Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, Costco Wholesale, Sears, BJ’s, Canadian Tire and many others. Today, Nexgrill produces brands the industry’s hottest brands such as Grillmaster, Nexgrill, Kitchen Aid and Jenn-Air as well as many other private label brands.
Nexgrill Industries, Inc. is located in Chino, California; approximately 40 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles.
